Evaluation Manager

Evaluation and Project Manager Our client in the perfume and fragrance industry is seeking an experienced Evaluation and Project Manager to lead its Sub-Saharan Africa team. This role combines creative fragrance evaluation with team leadership and project management. Fluency in French would be highly beneficial for this role dealing with West African countries. Responsibilities • Lead and develop a high-performing regional evaluation team • Manage fragrance projects from brief to delivery • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Perfumers, and Labs to deliver winning fragrance solutions • Analyse market trends and build relevant fragrance collections

Requirements • Qualification in Fragrance development • Proven experience in fragrance evaluation / development • Previous experience in a strategic or leadership role • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience working across diverse markets and cultures • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Willingness to travel across Sub-Saharan Africa
