Responsibilities

Event Management

You will take the lead responsibility for the conception, budgeting, organization, promotion, execution, and success monitoring of our events – in close cooperation with the respective area managers. This includes, among others:

• Information events for employees and external target groups
• Sponsored events, such as the Olten Christmas Village
• Referring physician events
• The OTO Congress (Ophthalmological Congress) – in close coordination with the Medical Director and supported by external agencies

Marketing Planning and Implementation

• Conception and planning of campaigns
• Media planning and purchasing
• Administrative tasks
• Close coordination with IT, external providers, and agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Fachhochschule or University in Communication/Marketing or comparable education/further training
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing events
• Knowledge of media planning and purchasing is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Solution-oriented, creative, and pragmatic approach
• Knowledge of acquiring event sponsors is a plus
