About the role

Your Responsibilities

  • In the "Medical Education" team, you will organize projects with global orientation and multimedia relevance.
  • At renowned medical congresses, primarily in Europe and the USA, you will be responsible for the implementation of digital formats and the support of clients and service providers.
  • In addition to classic communication tools such as emails, newsletters, and websites, new digital media tools and social media will also be used.
  • Your daily work is characterized by a broad spectrum of medical topics and the execution of complex events.
  • Observation of current studies, guidelines, and market trends in the healthcare sector.
  • Close collaboration with Medical Writing, Strategy, and Creation.
  • Review and quality assurance of medical content (e.g., materials, presentations, publications, digital formats).
  • Support with client presentations and new business.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree or comparable qualification.
  • Ideally: 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare agency / pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge in event and project management.
  • Advantageous: Understanding of medical-scientific data and healthcare communication.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, precise way of working and high quality orientation.
  • Interest in innovative healthcare communication and digital formats.
  • Enjoyment of client contact.
  • Intercultural competence and organizational talent.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining networks, databases, and working with other service providers.
  • Willingness to travel for the job.
