In this development context, we are recruiting an Event Commercial Project Manager.
Job Description
In this role of Event Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in developing business in the Swiss market. You will:
- Develop and cultivate a portfolio of premium clients: companies, luxury brands, and private clients.
- Design tailored proposals and ensure the complete management of projects, from offers to the final delivery.
- Identify market opportunities, organize prospecting actions, and contribute to the offering for the Swiss clientele.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of the proposals.
- Guarantee the excellence of the marketed offerings.
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in a commercial role, ideally in events, high‑end, and luxury hospitality.
- Excellent service orientation and great ease of communication.
- Organized and autonomous; able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Mastery of the technical constraints related to events.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Perfect command of both French and English.
