The Bergbahnen Adelboden-Lenk AG (BAL AG) is the joint operating company of Bergbahnen Adelboden AG and Genossenschaft Lenk Bergbahnen, offering unique mountain adventures year-round with 37 transport facilities for around 1 million guests on 159 kilometers of slopes, as well as countless hiking and biking trails. In winter, around 390 employees at BAL AG take care of our guests' well-being; in summer, about 170 people work in front of and behind the scenes of the mountain railways. As part of the Adelboden-Lenk ski and bike region, we are one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities

• Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of our external and internal small and large events, including budget control and acquisition of new events in Adelboden and Lenk (large events, corporate events, ski races, internal events)
• Planning, coordination, support, and optimization of our offer for class trips
• Coordination of larger inquiries from domestic and foreign groups
• Coordination and implementation of suitable communication measures for the events in collaboration with the Promotion team
• Management of social media channels during events
• Collection and evaluation of customer feedback and event reporting
• Support and coordination in the area of partner marketing
• Coordination tasks and general support for the Marketing team

What you bring

• You have a commercial or marketing education.
• You have at least one year of practical experience in marketing or event organization.
• You are a talent for organization and have strengths in coordination and communication.
• You remain calm even in hectic situations, are strong-nerved and flexible.
• You enjoy working with people.
• You are a team player, responsible, work independently and are solution-oriented.
• Willingness for occasional evening and weekend work.
