We are seeking an Exchange Architect for a 12-18 month contract based in Kennesaw, GA, offering a hybrid work model of three days in-office and two remote. This role involves leading the architecture, design, and governance of Microsoft Exchange Online in Microsoft 365. Requirements:

• Extensive experience in architecture design
• Proficiency with Exchange 2019 on-premises
• Expertise in Exchange Online
• Experience with DAG clustering
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting

Your responsibilities are:

• Design and establish enterprise-scale Microsoft Exchange environments including on-prem, hybrid, and Exchange Online
• Lead migration projects from legacy Exchange versions to Exchange Online, ensuring minimal impact on operations
• Define standards for messaging, security measures, retention policies, and strategies for high availability
• Create, develop, and test PowerShell solutions for Exchange on-prem and Microsoft 365 environments
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of core email technologies and SMTP
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
