About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager with strong administrative, communication, branding, content creation, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for the company and client accounts
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
  • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining each brand’s unique voice
  • Plan and manage paid promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness strategies
  • Prepare monthly social media reports for management and clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals and improve digital presence

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in executive or administrative support
  • Proven social media management experience for businesses or clients
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects efficiently
  • Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
