Technical Writer / Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Technical Writer / Instructional Designer to design, write, and structure a clear, user-friendly training manual. The ideal candidate will excel at taking complex operational workflows, technical processes, and company policies, and translating them into step-by-step, easily digestible documentation for both new hires and existing staff.

Responsibilities

• Information Gathering: Partner with Subject Matter department heads to understand internal workflows, software systems, and best practices.
• Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and engaging training modules, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting protocols.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with documentation and design tools MS Word, Google Docs, Excel, AI tools
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet strict project deadlines.
