  • Actively managing a recruitment portfolio, primarily for key roles in the Product Line.
  • Collaborating with managers in the Americas and competitiveness hubs to define hiring needs for leadership positions, both internally and externally.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Being an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
  • Developing proactive market mapping and a strategic skill-mapping approach for key positions.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of strategic talent acquisition and executive recruitment.

  • Familiarity with talent pipeline development and market mapping for key positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with passive candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to coach and mentor team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including HR, Management, and Finance.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Contribute to innovative projects,
  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning,
