We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact searches for senior, specialist, and business-critical roles across multiple industries. This is a consultative recruitment role, not a high-volume sourcing position.

In this role, you will partner directly with founders, executives, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, define success profiles, and deliver top-tier talent. You will own searches end-to-end—from intake and strategy to candidate assessment, client advisory, and offer support.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who values quality over quantity, exercises strong judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Search Strategy

  • Partner with clients to understand business goals, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Advise on market conditions, role scoping, and candidate expectations
  • Define success profiles and develop effective hiring strategies

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment

  • Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates for executive and specialist roles
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of experience, leadership, communication, and cultural fit
  • Present well-vetted candidates with clear insights and recommendations

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer stage
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the process

Stakeholder Communication & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the hiring process
  • Provide regular updates, feedback summaries, and hiring recommendations
  • Support offer negotiations and hiring decisions

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches
  • Professional, consultative approach with clients and candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for senior roles in finance, operations, sales, technology, or leadership
  • Background in agency or retained executive search
  • Experience working with global or remote talent markets
