Responsibilities

  • Recruiting our branch managers: You will be responsible for the targeted and precise filling of our nationwide branch management positions – from briefing to hiring.
  • Recruiting for key functions: You will support and occasionally take over the filling of important key positions.
  • Collaboration at eye level: You will work closely with management, the Head of Talent Acquisition, regional directors, and HR managers – with a common goal: strong branch managers for Elis.
  • Employer branding for managers and high potentials: You will develop targeted measures to increase our visibility among management talents – and further position Elis as an attractive employer.

Requirements

  • Education or degree: Completed apprenticeship as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d), a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Recruiting experience: You have sound experience in recruiting with a focus on management positions. Experience in personnel consulting, executive search, and aptitude diagnostics are a plus.
  • Stakeholder competence: You communicate confidently with various interfaces – especially with managers – and convince through reliability and clarity.
  • Employer branding: You have experience in how to specifically approach and win over management personalities.
