The Opportunity
We're adding an Executive Recruiter to our team! In this role you will work with the leading SaaS and Technology Founders across North America to place exceptional Product, Engineering, and Sales talent.
We work primarily with Seed-through-Series C-funded startups that are looking for 10x-multiplier hires.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in 3rd-party Recruitment, with a history of exceeding billing targets.
- You have "the gift of gab" and this translates in person, over video, and over the phone.
- Bonus points if you have had exposure to the Software/Technology space.
