Key Responsibilities

Own executive searches, partnering with senior leaders to define roles and land exceptional leaders
Identify and attract C‑suite and senior leadership talent through research and personal networks
Run searches end‑to‑end, including market mapping, outreach, interviews, and negotiations

Required Qualifications

15+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive search and senior leadership hiring
Experience in retained executive search, in‑house executive recruiting, or both
Proven success placing C‑suite and senior executives within healthcare or regulated industries
Strong network of healthcare and technology C‑suite leaders
Ability to partner directly with executive leadership teams on senior hiring decisions
