Our client, a distinguished executive search firm, is seeking a highly accomplished and connected Executive Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This role is dedicated to identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier executive talent for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging your extensive network and recruitment expertise to deliver exceptional results.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level positions. This includes partnering closely with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs, developing comprehensive search strategies, and conducting in-depth candidate assessments. Your ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates, including passive ones, and effectively present opportunities will be paramount. You will be adept at navigating complex hiring processes and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end executive search assignments for senior leadership roles (e.g., C-suite, VP, Director). Developing and executing targeted search strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Conducting extensive market research and intelligence gathering to map talent pools. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and industry leaders. Conducting thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes. Presenting qualified candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles and insights. Advising clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies. Negotiating offer terms and facilitating the onboarding process. Maintaining accurate candidate data and search progress in the CRM system. Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and contributing to business development efforts. Representing the firm professionally in all interactions. Staying abreast of industry best practices in executive search and talent acquisition. Developing creative sourcing strategies to reach niche or hard-to-find talent. Ensuring a positive and confidential candidate experience throughout the search process. Contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm through successful placements. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment. A proven track record of successfully placing executives in challenging roles across diverse sectors is essential. Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. You must demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience with various sourcing tools and platforms is necessary. This is a fully remote role, demanding self-discipline, excellent time management, and a results-driven approach to succeed in identifying and attracting elite talent for our clients.
