• You know your way around a keyboard (Word, Excel — that kind of thing).
• You learn fast and adapt faster. This isn’t a “do one thing all day” type of job.
• You’re not scared of the phone. (Think: "Wolf of Wall Street", but cleaner language.)
• You can manage your time without a manager breathing down your neck.
• You want money and you’re not afraid to say it.

Compensation:

• Start with a base salary + quarterly bonuses.
• As you grow, so does your comp. Eventually, you’ll move to a commission-heavy structure where top performers make 6-figures within 2–3 years.
• No cap. No limits.
