In this position, you will work closely with corporate management and actively shape the future of the company by identifying and recruiting outstanding leaders for Siemens Energy. As a trusted advisor, you will translate business priorities into targeted, impactful search strategies and manage demanding executive search mandates throughout the entire process.
With a consulting and data-driven approach, you will combine sound market knowledge, competitive analysis, and compensation expertise to support strategically important hiring decisions. From developing compelling requirement profiles to discreet direct approaches and recruiting top executives, you will create an excellent and highly professional executive-level candidate experience.
How You Can Make an Impact
- Strategic consulting of executives in executive hiring, organizational design, and long-term talent planning
- Management of complex executive search processes from role clarification to contract conclusion
- Development and implementation of targeted search strategies, including direct approach, market analysis, and competitor outreach
- Provision of data-driven market, competitor, and compensation analyses for executive positions
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and external search partners to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Continuous optimization of search strategies and strengthening of employer branding in the global executive talent market
What You Bring
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, ideally with experience in executive search / executive consulting
- Many years of experience in filling leadership and top management positions, as well as profound expertise in search strategies, executive assessment, and stakeholder management
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate business strategies into personnel measures
- Excellent relationship and influence skills with high credibility in dealing with senior stakeholders
- Data-driven and strategic mindset combined with judgment, discretion, self-initiative, and resilience
- High degree of initiative as well as fluent German and English language skills
