Manage the offer process, including negotiation and facilitation of employment agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of senior-level executives and industry leaders. Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and talent landscapes within relevant sectors. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the search process. Contribute to the development of client proposals and business development efforts. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all recruitment activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on search strategies and candidate profiles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, retained search, or senior-level recruitment. Proven success in recruiting for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions. Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing, assessment, and negotiation. Excellent understanding of various industries and functional areas. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
