The Position

We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Associate for our Düsseldorf office. You bring solid experience in recruitment or executive search and will develop with us towards a more consulting-oriented role. The task combines operational project work with professional development and international collaboration.

Phase 1 - Executive Search Delivery

You will build on your previous search experience while learning Pacific's working methods and tools. You will be supported by:

  • A structured mentoring program for continuous coaching
  • Cross-office learning with colleagues in Philadelphia and London
  • Insights into international tools, best practices, and research methods
  • Participation in international senior-level search projects across multiple countries

Phase 2 - Deepening Consulting Expertise

This phase focuses on developing your consulting skills:

  • Building advanced consulting skills and leadership insights
  • Strengthening stakeholder communication and collaboration with senior clients
  • Training in Pacific's commercial frameworks and proposal standards
  • Taking on complex, international search mandates with growing autonomy

Central Tasks

  • End-to-end management of senior-level executive search projects, including research, market analysis, and direct approach
  • Conduct structured interviews and build trusting relationships with executives
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in Düsseldorf, London, and Philadelphia
  • Provide market information and support our Senior Consultants in consulting and proposal processes

Your Profile

  • Experience in Executive Search, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with executives
  • Proficiency in research, relationship building, and project management
  • Proactive, organized, and performance-oriented work style
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Düsseldorf office
