Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle search engagements for senior-level and executive talent. This role blends client partnership, strategic sourcing, and high-level candidate management. You will play a critical role in delivering top-tier talent while contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle executive search engagements from intake through placement
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, leadership profiles, and culture
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for executive-level talent
• Identify and engage candidates through direct outreach, networking, and market mapping
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations (technical, leadership, and cultural fit)
• Provide clients with market insights, talent intelligence, and compensation guidance
• Manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent and industry contacts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or high-level recruitment
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and modern sourcing tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is a plus
