Penta Search Group is continuing to expand its presence across North America, and we are looking to add an experienced Executive Search Consultant to our team, focused on the Chemicals, Oil & Gas sectors across both the United States and Canada.
This is an opportunity to join a growing, high-performing search firm with an established client base across large enterprise organisations and emerging, high-growth businesses.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering executive search mandates across senior leadership and specialist hires within the Chemicals and Oil & Gas markets. You will work closely with existing clients while also contributing to the continued growth of our footprint across North America.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years’ experience within executive search.
- Demonstrated experience working with both large enterprise clients and emerging/growth-stage organisations
- Strong track record of delivering searches within Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or closely aligned industrial sectors
- Ability to operate in a client-facing, commercially driven environment
- Proven capability in managing the full search lifecycle
