What You Will Do
Executive Search
- Lead retained executive searches
- Build candidate pipelines
- Conduct executive-level interviews
- Present leadership shortlists
- Advise clients on organizational structure and hiring strategy
Client Development
- Build relationships with CEOs, Boards, and PE operating teams
- Generate new business opportunities
- Conduct strategic outreach
- Deliver talent market intelligence
Leadership Advisory
- Consult on succession planning
- Identify leadership gaps
- Support growth and transformation initiatives
- Help clients build sustainable leadership infrastructure
