We are seeking a driven and insightful Executive Talent Recruiter to help bring on board exceptional teaching talent. In this pivotal role you will screen and interview potential instructors sourced by our talent acquisition team, “sell” candidates on our mission to deliver high‑quality education, and assess their fit for ELVTR’s rigorous standards. Successful candidates are transitioned to our production team for course development.

  • Part‑time, remote position open to candidates in South Africa
  • Requires late work hours to align with our North American market

Responsibilities

  • Interview prospective instructors: conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR’s mission.
  • Convey ELVTR’s vision: communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
  • Qualify candidates: make recommendations for candidates who have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students.
  • Coordinate with the production team: transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process.
  • Support talent acquisition: work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing.
