Responsibilities

As a remote chatbot developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and documenting data coming from bot conversation: You'll work with our team to analyze data from bot conversations, identifying patterns, trends, and conversational flow to improve the overall user experience.
• Interpreting the pattern, trends, and conversational flow of bots: Using your expertise in AI, ML, and NLP, you'll interpret the data to inform design decisions and improve the performance of our chatbots.
• Collaborating with system architects and programmers for app design and decision‑making: You'll work closely with our system architects and programmers to design and develop chatbots that meet the needs of our clients.
• Designing and building conversational chatbots: Using your skills in AI, ML, and NLP, you'll design and build conversational chatbots that automate communication and customer services.
• Designing and implementing processes and strategies to enhance the end‑user experience: You'll work with our team to design and implement processes and strategies that improve the overall user experience.
• Defining recurring questions to automate answers/responses: Using your expertise in AI, ML, and NLP, you'll identify recurring questions and develop automated responses to improve the efficiency of our chatbots.
• Assisting in the handling of multilingual support: You'll work with our team to develop and implement multilingual support for our chatbots.
• Building and deploying internal testing tools: You'll design and build internal testing tools to ensure the quality and performance of our chatbots.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience): A strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field is essential for this role.
• 3+ years of experience working with chatbots and customer‑facing production projects: You'll need to have a proven track record of working with chatbots and customer‑facing production projects.
• Proficiency in AI/chatbot development landscape, tools, and other frameworks: You'll need to have a strong understanding of the AI and chatbot development landscape, including tools and frameworks.
