Job Summary

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks with other team members. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads management, but you'll also be required to manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, as well as assist with general administrative tasks. You'll need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You'll also need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including creating and implementing ad strategies, setting up and tracking ad budgets, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including creating and implementing ad strategies, setting up and tracking ad budgets, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects, providing timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms, including creating visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation.
  • Assist with SEO blog proofreading and editing, ensuring high-quality content that meets arenaflex's standards.
  • Participate in lead generation and follow-up activities, including researching and identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to convert leads into customers.

Essential Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
  • Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of ad strategies, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of ad strategies, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances.
