Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Process and distribute project changes and instructions
- Prepare Purchase Orders for subcontractors as required
- Attend and document site meetings for clarity
- Assist in project completion and close-out activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in General Contracting within ICI
- Proficient in project management software like Primavera
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
