We are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the IT market and proven experience sourcing, screening, and placing technical talent across various roles

Important: Candidate sourcing must be done using your own LinkedIn account.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience recruiting for the German IT market
• Strong knowledge of current IT hiring trends in Germany
• Active LinkedIn account with experience in sourcing candidates
• Ability to identify and attract top technical talent
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• Clear and professional English accent

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn or other german job platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates for IT roles
• Conduct initial interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and techniques
