Key Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver impactful design projects, navigating through complexity and ambiguity. • Transform broad concepts into useful solutions for our extensive user base of over 2 billion. • Create intuitive flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions. • Develop new user experiences and visual systems that evolve our product design. • Contribute to strategic product decisions that guide the future of our platforms. • Mentor and provide feedback to team members to uplift overall design quality. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee product user experiences from conception to launch.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in designing complex software products with a focus on user experience and visual design. • Proven record of conducting comprehensive research studies that drive business growth through design innovation. • Experience leading end-to-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making decisions that balance user needs with business goals. • Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques and familiarity with emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to showcase a comprehensive design process, including various artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes. • Experience in fostering collaboration across different initiatives within an organization. • Proven leadership skills that contribute positively to team dynamics and work environments. • Ability to integrate AI tools for optimizing workflows and achieving measurable outcomes. • Understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation. • Commitment to continuous learning in AI technologies and workflows.

Compensation:

$170,000/year to $236,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
