About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the international CPQ rollout across product lines, regions, and distributors, including supporting distributors in integrating the system into their processes and deploying it to their sales partners
  • Ensure CPQ features are available throughout the entire sales structure
  • Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external users
  • Maintain ongoing communication with users to gather and relay feedback, while closely collaborating with the Product Owner and regional sales organizations to drive continuous tool improvement
  • Develop rollout plans, coordinate schedules and resources, and monitor progress to provide timely updates to management

Qualifications

  • Completed technical or commercial education as well as relevant professional experience in a similar position - ideally in an international environment
  • Good understanding of sales processes as well as a high level of customer orientation; experience with CPQ systems is a plus
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
  • Excellent English and German communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and intercultural competence

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
