About the role
Your role in the team
- Management and steering of complex electronics, embedded systems, and system development projects from the proposal phase through development to series production support.
- Analysis and understanding of complex technical contexts as a basis for well-founded problem solving and plan adjustments.
- Management of requirements, configurations, risks, issues, and changes, including impact analyses and consistent follow-up of actions.
- Application of modern development and project management processes to ensure the achievement of defined quality objectives.
- Technical and scheduling coordination with clients, interdisciplinary departments, and management.
- Active participation in continuous process optimization as well as support for the professional development of other project managers.

Our expectations:
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in electronics and embedded development, as well as a strong understanding of technical and systemic contexts.
- Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as an independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
- Recognized project management certifications, e.g., PMP (PMI) or IPMA, are desirable.
- Proficient in common project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
- Technical interest as well as openness to new technologies, methods, and development approaches.
Experience
- Several years of experience leading complex development projects in the industrial or automotive environment, ideally in electronics, embedded systems, or systems development.
- Experience with relevant development and quality processes, e.g., in the context of Automotive SPICE or comparable standards.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or professional development of project managers and junior staff.
Education
- Completed technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
