Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope and schedule.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Staff Co-Ordination, including time & work sheet scheduling
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers & clients.
  • Adherence to all Society policies & procedures, Health & Safety procedures and reporting of any hazards to the Store Management.

Required Skills:

  • Ideally 2 - 3 Years experience.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Person Specification
