OpenBox Roofing is hiring an experienced Project Project Manager to take full ownership of exterior projects. From material ordering to final walkthrough while delivering a high‑level customer experience and protecting job profitability.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who takes pride in running a tight job and delivering a high‑level customer experience.
Role Impact
You will own active projects from start to finish. Manage crews, materials, installation and customer communication on site while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Full project execution from building orders through completion
- Jobsite quality, organization and execution
- Subcontractor performance and accountability
- Material planning, ordering, and job readiness
- Onsite customer communication and expectation management
- Job profitability including materials, labor and change orders
What Success Looks Like
- Projects are completed on time and within budget
- Job sites are organized, efficient, and well‑managed
- Customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of
- Minimal callbacks, delays, or escalations
- Strong communication across field and office
Requirements
- 5+ years in residential construction or exterior trades
- Experience managing projects, crews, or subcontractors
- Highly organized and detail driven
- Confident clearly and confidently with both customers and team
- Able to manage multiple projects without losing control of details
- You take ownership – No excuses, no waiting around
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 – $80,000 + performance bonuses
