In this role, you will serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, working under the Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll be responsible for attracting top candidates while fostering lasting relationships both internally and externally. Your goal-oriented approach and integrity will allow you to thrive in our vibrant corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for various roles
• Develop compliant job descriptions with hiring managers
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews
• Track recruitment progress using ATS and provide reports
• Represent OSL’s employer brand effectively to candidates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in corporate Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience in recruitment technologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
• Experience with iCIMS considered an asset
