In this 18-month contract position, you will lead recruitment for experienced hires, encompassing Senior Accountants to Directors across Assurance, Tax, and Advisory services.

Your role requires the ability to engage passive candidates through cold outreach strategies while collaborating with senior leaders to define hiring needs and create effective candidate profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for public accounting roles
• Collaborate with senior leaders to assess hiring needs
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Conduct daily outreach through phone calls and Linked In
• Manage candidate interviews and selection processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience focusing on experienced hires
• Proven success in recruiting public practice accounting talent
• Strong negotiation skills for competitive hires
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems for tracking
