As a Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you act as a trusted technical advisor during the enterprise sales cycle, shaping complex AI-powered solutions for top automotive accounts. You lead solution discussions, build customized demos, and translate technical capabilities into business value for executive buyers. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation journeys and advocate for AI Agentforce as the foundation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical advisory for a top automotive account and collaborate with the account team
- Steer the full solution cycle with specialists and engineering
- Translate customer needs into a compelling Connected Vision for Salesforce
- Develop and present customized demos and architectural concepts to executives
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and showcase automotive use cases
- Lead technical strategy for RFPs and complex proposals
- Mentor peers and stay updated on emerging technologies, especially AI/Agentforce
- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Enterprise B2B Sales/Presales
- Deep Automotive/Manufacturing industry knowledge with transformation experience
- Ability to translate technical features into business value for executive audiences
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication
- Inquisitive mindset with passion for technology and knowledge sharing
- Native-level German (C2) and professional English proficiency
- Willingness to travel within Germany (Munich/Frankfurt area)
