Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Bonus (Based on expertise & output)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Research Engineer with strong academic writing skills to work on AI/ML and Computer Science research projects. This role involves handling research papers, technical documentation, and thesis-level content, with a focus on clarity, structure, and publication readiness. You will work closely with our technical team while also taking independent ownership of writing tasks and research documentation.

What You Will Do

• Write and refine research papers, review articles, and technical documents
• Prepare and structure thesis chapters and detailed reports
• Perform literature review and organize relevant references
• Convert technical models and results into clear, publishable content
• Ensure quality, clarity, and proper academic structure
• Work independently on assigned research writing tasks

Eligibility

Education

• M.E / M.Tech (Preferred)
• PhD Scholars
• B.E / B.Tech with strong 1+ years research writing experience

Experience

• 1+ year in academic or technical research writing

Required Skills

• Experience in research paper or thesis writing
• Strong understanding of at least one area: AI / ML / Data Science / Image Processing / Computer Science
• Excellent technical English writing and comprehension
• Ability to structure content logically and clearly
• Familiarity with academic formats (IEEE/Scopus/SCI) is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
