Elevate HSSE communications as a skilled Technical Writer. Your role will entail updating and managing documentation for the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment program in both English and French across Canada.
This position requires collaboration with regional HSSE Managers and operational teams to ensure adherence to standards and effective risk management. You will support documentation quality assurance, continuous improvement efforts, and the development of training materials, fostering a safety-first culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate development of HSSE guidelines and documents
- Manage quality processes related to documentation
- Assist in knowledge sharing via outreach channels
- Gather information from operational teams for risk assessments
- Support HSSE process enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in technical writing or coordination
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
- Knowledge of Canadian HSSE regulations beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is essential
- ISO certification background is advantageous
