This role is for a dedicated and experienced Experimentation / CRO Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven experimentation and conversion rate optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies.
  • Analyze experiment results and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement winning variations.
  • Manage the experimentation roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CRO and experimentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
