Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Logistics Projects, you are responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of logistics processes to support operational performance. You act as a liaison between business teams, operations, and IT, ensuring the consistency of flows, data quality, and the relevance of the tools used.

You develop recommendations for improvement aligned with industrial, commercial, and logistics strategy, and coordinate their implementation. As an expert, you contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement projects, and you drive the construction and harmonization of specifications to create relevant and harmonized reports between our businesses and our sites (Manufacture, subsidiary, boutiques) in collaboration with our data analysts and IT data.

In this context, your activities include:

• Monthly piloting and analysis of Supply Chain performance through relevant KPIs, in collaboration with operational teams.
• Building, improving, and documenting indicators, dashboards, and calculation rules for decision-making.
• Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing Supply Chain processes (procurement, production, distribution) with a data-driven approach.
• Acting as an analytical and decision-making interface between purchasing, production, planning, warehousing, distribution, and finance.
• Developing, maintaining, and ensuring the reliability of key dashboards and KPIs (service level, stock cover, S&OP, forecast accuracy…).
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and updating of data and master data.
• Supporting Supply Chain improvement projects related to data and performance.
• Facilitating cross-functional working groups and structuring projects (objectives, milestones, framework).
• Developing business cases, evaluating potential gains, and applying analytical methodologies (Agile, Lean, DMAIC).

Qualifications

• You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor / Master) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data, or Business Analytics.
• You master data analysis and modeling (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL a plus) to support decision-making.
• You have a good knowledge of Supply Chain processes: S&OP, MRP, planning, procurement, and logistics.
• You are comfortable with ERP and planning tools (Infor, SAP, APS, or equivalents).
• You demonstrate a strong analytical and synthesis capacity, focused on understanding business challenges.
• You work autonomously, with rigor, and a strong orientation towards results and performance.
• You have a collaborative spirit, facilitating cross-functional work with operational and support teams.
• You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate data into clear and actionable recommendations.
• You have very good English skills to interact with subsidiaries.
