As Expert Manager, you lead cross-functional teams to shape omnichannel, human-centric AI-enabled solutions that drive client value. You partner with Bain’s AIS group to set strategic direction, oversee workplans, and mentor teams while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. You’ll explore emerging AI technologies, guide agile delivery, and ensure measurable impact for clients. This role offers high-impact work in a collaborative, learning-focused environment with talent development at its core.

Aufgaben

• Bachelor degree (minimum), 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency across feasibility, viability, desirability, and strategy lenses with ability to manage multiple lenses
• Hands-on product management experience for AI solutions in production environments
• Experience using Gen-AI powered product development tools (e.g., Synthetic Users, VoiceOver, Loveable)
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures and end-to-end workflows
• Experience with design thinking and running workshops
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong in agile and scrum, Lean Startup principles, and cross-functional leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently in ambiguous environments
• Fluency in English; German required if based in Munich or Berlin
