Requirements
- Langjährige Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld grosser, komplexer IT-Programme oder -Projekte (Expert)
- Erfahrung mit Programmmanagement-Methoden (PMI, Prince2, SAFe, agile Vorgehensmodelle, etc.)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Souveränes Auftreten auf C-Level
- Kommunikationsstark und gute Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
