Expert(e) Product Manager

About

We are supporting an international industrial player in the recruitment of its future Product Manager Expert for its Montpellier site. You will be involved in a strategic program, a set of configuration tools and applications dedicated to complex electrical environments, deployed internationally.

Reporting directly to the R&D Director, you will play a central role in coordinating a product ecosystem of 15 applications, supported by teams located in France, China, and India. Your objective: to ensure global alignment, product consistency, and proper execution in a highly interdependent multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, carry, and share the program's product vision internationally
• Manage the global backlog of an ecosystem of 15 applications, organized into SAFe trains with distinct timelines
• Ensure cross-functional coordination between teams to guarantee overall consistency and progress
• Organize and lead story mapping sessions and multi-team synchronization points
• Prepare and lead structuring events (PI Planning, definition of PI objectives)
• Monitor project progress, identify critical dependencies, and anticipate risks
• Arbitrate priorities in case of conflicts between teams and propose alternative scenarios
