Responsibilities include developing risk management strategies and managing budgets and schedules for optimal project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex mining project execution nationwide
• Develop Project Management Plans focusing on governance
• Ensure budget and schedule compliance for projects
• Guide and mentor project teams for technical success
• Build and nurture client relationships to identify innovations

Requirements

• 20+ years of project management experience in mining
• Proven ability in managing EPCM projects
• Engineering degree or diploma, PMP certification a plus
• Strong skill in stakeholder engagement and risk management
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
