In this role, you will directly influence the evolution of Streaming Fabric and SEQ technologies within the TestMAX ecosystem. Utilize your deep technical skills to contribute to the entire DFT flow, troubleshoot logic issues, and elevate QoR. Your collaboration with multi-site teams will ensure seamless integration and leverage AI tools for optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to RTL, netlist, ATPG, and logic simulation processes
• Debug DFT IP behavior and implement robust fixes
• Optimize pattern-generation workflows for enhanced performance
• Develop C/C++ components for automation and data processing
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to ensure smooth integration

Requirements

• Master’s in Electronics or Computer Science required
• Strong background in Verilog and C/C++ programming
• Experience in DFT, scan architectures, and test-generation concepts
• Hands-on logic simulation debugging expertise
• Strong analytical skills and openness to using AI tools
