Transform equipment reliability with your expertise as a Reliability Engineer. Drive data‑backed maintenance optimization, deploy engineering solutions, and enhance operational performance in a permanent full‑time role. In this role you will analyze equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history, developing strategies for improved reliability. Your responsibilities include establishing analysis methods, optimizing maintenance strategies, and implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will collaborate with project management to ensure critical equipment remains maintainable and operationally efficient.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment performance and failure data
- Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for critical assets
- Implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Conduct reliability analyses for operational improvement
- Identify and address capability gaps within maintenance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Competence in predictive maintenance practices
- Six Sigma or Maintenance & Reliability certification preferred
- Strong teamwork and technical skills required
