In this role you will analyze equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history, developing strategies for improved reliability. Your responsibilities include establishing analysis methods, optimizing maintenance strategies, and implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will collaborate with project management to ensure critical equipment remains maintainable and operationally efficient.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance and failure data
• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for critical assets
• Implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Conduct reliability analyses for operational improvement
• Identify and address capability gaps within maintenance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Competence in predictive maintenance practices
• Six Sigma or Maintenance & Reliability certification preferred
• Strong teamwork and technical skills required
