• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various areas
• Define technical standards and platform governance
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• Lead architectural reviews and solution designs
• Develop and configure UI components and Catalog Items

Requirements

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Deep knowledge in JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Experience with SNOW AI, Virtual Agent, and NLU models
• Familiarity with Service Portal and UI Builder
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
