About the Position

Are you an expert Solution Architect with a passion for designing transformative digital customer solutions? In this key role, you will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and SOM to create robust, scalable, and innovative enterprise service management landscapes.

Your responsibilities include analyzing our clients' business processes, providing technical consulting, and architecting seamless integrations using technologies like REST/SOAP. You will play a crucial role in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, considering cloud architecture principles and working with agile methodologies. Must-Have Skills

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture
• Creation of robust solution designs and concepts
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• Solid knowledge of integration architectures (REST/SOAP)
• Ability for technical consulting and client communication
• Competencies in business process analysis and optimization
• Proficient programming skills in JavaScript
• Understanding of modern cloud architectures
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), plus 1-2 other CIS certifications

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SOM (Sales Order Management)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience in (technical) presales activities
