Expert SRE UI Engineer

Job Summary

• Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives for Personal Investor Technologies, impacting hundreds of applications and millions of investors.
• Architect and build enterprise-scale resiliency solutions aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
• Design and implement OpenTelemetry integrations and distributed tracing at scale.
• Automate incident response processes and pioneer AI-enhanced diagnostics and analysis.
• Collaborate within a technically-focused team to innovate in resilience engineering.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences through robust, reliable systems in a complex, evolving environment.
• Utilize broad, end-to-end software development experience, especially in operating applications within large-scale microservices environments.
• Design, build, and support resilient systems from the ground up, going beyond basic feature implementation.
• Identify and proactively solve impactful operational problems across systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (client-side and server-side).
• Possess robust hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and operate software in distributed systems at scale.
• Familiarity with AI development tooling and integrating AI-powered capabilities into user interfaces.
