Expert Witness Recruiter – Legal Services (Part-Time, Ongoing)

I run a growing expert witness placement firm that connects personal injury attorneys with qualified expert witnesses. Business is expanding fast and I need a reliable part-time recruiter to handle research, outreach, and follow-up so I can focus on client relationships and case strategy.

What you'll do:

• Research potential expert witnesses using online directories (I'll provide a list of sources)
• Send templated outreach emails to candidates on my behalf
• Follow up with non-responders on a set schedule
• Track all activity in a shared spreadsheet or CRM
• Flag warm responses so I can jump in for a quick 10-minute qualification call

You're a fit if you:

• Are highly organized and follow through without being chased
• Have experience with research, lead generation, or recruitment coordination
• Are comfortable sending outreach emails using provided templates
• Communicate proactively when you hit a snag
• Legal industry background is a plus but not required — I'll train the right person

Details:

• 5–20 hours/week, ongoing
• Hourly engagement
• Fully remote, async-friendly
• Must be available to respond within 24 hours on weekdays
