Responsibilities

• Administration, monitoring, and further development of our customers' firewall systems and implementation of secure network infrastructures
• Review, optimization, and strengthening of IT environments, especially IT security
• Development and operation of secure and highly available network concepts for medium-sized companies and municipal facilities
• Holistic consulting of our customers on IT security topics, development of security strategies in customer projects
• Support with disruptions, security incidents, and in 2nd/3rd level support, both remotely and on-site
