For the Sales Strategy & Marketing department, Market and Sales Strategy division, we are looking for a Referenten (m/f/d) Market and Sales Strategy for the Munich or Stuttgart location, starting as soon as possible, on a permanent / full-time basis.
Your Tasks - Challenging and Diverse
- Strategic involvement in sales planning, especially in the continuous review and further development of the market and sales strategy
- Technical leadership and participation in internal and external projects
- Conception of contracts and addenda with sales partners, technical advice regarding contract creation and negotiation, as well as monitoring and adaptation of the corresponding framework conditions
- Conception of sales remuneration models for Sparkassen, commercial agents, and third-party intermediaries
- Interface with product development, especially from a commission and sales strategy perspective
- Involvement in the market and sales strategy integration of sustainable aspects
- Coordination of committees
Your Profile - Professional and Personal
- Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification
- Analytical skills and sound methodological competence for strategy work
- Good knowledge of LBS Süd's sales channels and products
- Many years of experience in project and committee work (internal and external)
- Communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, goal-oriented, and meticulous way of working
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
